Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join the team within a dynamic banking environment. This role plays a key part in supporting financial monitoring, reporting, and performance analysis across different business operations of the bank.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze financial performance across multiple banking operations and business units.Prepare periodic financial reports, including performance analysis, variance analysis, and financial insights for management.Support the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and management reports.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Evaluate financial data and provide analytical insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.Track financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement or cost optimization.Contribute to financial modeling and analysis for new initiatives and business developments.Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, procedures, and reporting standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.4 – 6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.Strong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
