Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join the analytics team and drive key analytics initiatives across product and experience, as well as business and operational performance reporting. The role collaborates closely with Product, Operations, CX, Growth, and Finance teams to transform raw data into scalable dashboards, actionable insights, and automated reporting solutions.
This position requires strong analytical capabilities, data manipulation proficiency, hands-on Power BI expertise, and a solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals including data pipelines, data quality, data modeling, and warehouse architecture.

What You'll Do
Product & Business Analytics Lead analytics initiatives across sales funnels, customer journeys, A/B test evaluations, retention and conversion metrics, customer behavior insights, and marketing campaign performance. Partner with business stakeholders to define tracking requirements, establish success metrics, and ensure accurate measurement of business KPIs. Dashboards, Reporting & Performance Analytics Build and maintain dashboards and reporting models that cover sales trends, brand performance, customer acquisition, demand patterns, productivity metrics, and overall operational performance. Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover growth drivers, identify opportunity gaps, and generate meaningful insights that enhance customer experience and business decision-making. Data Modeling & Engineering Collaboration Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to design clean data models, transformations, and scalable structures that support analytics and reporting needs. Define and prioritize requirements for new data pipelines, data quality enhancements, and performance monitoring of data models. Demonstrate strong understanding of warehouse architecture, including schemas, modeling principles, and best practices for building reliable, scalable data solutions. Power BI Development & Self-Service Analytics Own the end-to-end development of interactive Power BI dashboards and reports, including semantic models, DAX measures, and optimized dataflows. Manage data governance within dashboards, including access control, refresh schedules, and automated reporting processes. Enable self-service analytics by training stakeholders, improving data literacy, and ensuring teams can independently access trusted insights. Support the Operational Excellence team with ad-hoc reporting and analytical deep dives as needed. Reporting, Insights & Stakeholder Management Prepare clear analytical narratives, reports, and presentations for business stakeholders. Translate complex data findings into actionable insights and recommendations. Support CX, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams with on-demand and automated reporting.
Technical Skills Advanced SQL expertise, with the ability to write complex queries, optimize joins, and work effectively with relational data models (dimensions, facts, star schemas). Strong Power BI capability across Desktop and Service, including data modeling, DAX, semantic models, dataflows, and dashboard performance optimization. Experience connecting and integrating multiple data sources, such as Excel, JSON, CSV, SQL databases, SharePoint, and APIs. Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, including ETL/ELT processes, pipeline structures, data quality management, and schema design. Knowledge of business system functionalities and data capture points, ensuring accurate interpretation and use of source data. Ability to maintain and govern external definition tables and lookup tables, ensuring consistency and reliability across reporting and analytics. Python familiarity (pandas, NumPy) for analytical automation is beneficial but not mandatory. Understanding of forecasting concepts, including trends, seasonality, and projection techniques. Strong Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, and advanced data manipulation.
Analytical Skills Strong ability to translate business questions into well-structured data models, analytical frameworks, and actionable insights. Proven experience in designing new KPIs and building scalable semantic models that enable consistent, reliable reporting. Skilled in identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies across large datasets to uncover root causes and growth opportunities. Experienced in conducting deep-dive analysis that support strategic decisions across product, operations, and customer experience.
Business & Soft Skills Clear and effective communicator, capable of simplifying complex insights for both non-technical teams and senior leadership. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to analyzing issues and driving solutions. Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, and delivering high-quality outputs under time pressure. Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, adapting quickly to evolving business needs and analytical requirements.
Preferred Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or similar analytical roles. Background in F&B, e-commerce, delivery platforms, or customer experience analytics is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related domain. Power BI certifications or similar BI credentials are preferred.
