Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management while supporting various teams in executing projects successfully. The Entry Level Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities.Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.Maintain project documents and ensure proper filing and organization.Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment.Support project managers in resource allocation and budget tracking.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
