Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of Elite / Affluent clients while maintaining long-term relationships.Identify client financial needs and provide tailored banking and investment solutions.Promote a full range of banking products including deposits, lending, cards, and wealth solutions.Achieve portfolio growth and cross-selling targets while maintaining high service standards.Monitor client portfolios and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for Elite clients, ensuring a premium banking experience.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.4 – 6 years of banking experience, preferably in Relationship Management, Priority Banking, or Wealth Management.Strong knowledge of retail banking products.Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Proven ability to manage portfolios and achieve sales targets.Strong analytical mindset and customer-centric approach.
