Direct Sales Representative ( Outdoor )

Accountabilities and Key Roles:
Implement sales plan for the department to achieve the goals set by the Retail Management.Implement Direct Sales initiatives set by the Department.Maximize products sales to reach set targets by probing customer needs. Implement detailed sales plans to achieve the target.Plan daily calls and visits to ensure achievement against targets.Promote the bank’s services and products through direct and cross selling to achieve the bank’s goals and increase its market share in those products.Maintain the relationship with the customers and work constantly on improving it, and ensure that service quality exceeds customers’ expectations and fulfils their needs on a level that ensures preserving those customers.Represent the bank in the exhibitions & campaigns that the bank conducts to reflect the best image of the bank.Job Requirements:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or financial sciences from a reputable university.
Experience:Min.1 year experience in Retail Banking and sales. Competencies:Good in English & fluent in Arabic.Total knowledge of bank’s products & services.Marketing & selling skills.Computer & different system applications skills.Flexibility & amiability.Capability to contact and deal with customers.Patience & calmness when working under pressure.Team work spirit.Take responsibility.Ability to focus on the details.Speed and precision in work.Writing & verbal skills.
