Digital Healthcare Consultant (Location – Amman Jordan)

The Digital Healthcare Consultant provides expert guidance on the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital health programs and projects within healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:- Advise healthcare organizations on digital transformation strategies, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital health;Assess clients’ needs and develop tailored digital health roadmaps aligned with clinical, operational, and business objectives;Conduct maturity assessments and gap analyses across digital, clinical, and data domains;Translate clinical and business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs; Collaborate with clinical teams to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements enabled by technology;Ensure digital solutions align with regulatory, privacy, and security standards;Oversee implementation activities, including system configuration, workflow optimization, testing, and go-live readiness;Support healthcare organizations in leveraging data analytics, population health, HIE, and clinical performance metrics; Recommend improvements in digital workflows, data capture, and reporting to enhance quality of care and operational outcomes; Assist in evaluating solution ROI, KPIs, and post‑implementation performance;Collaborate closely with the Business Development and Project Management teams on detailing proposals and Statement of Work; Develop detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs); Review and validate commercial proposals to ensure alignment with project objectives and business needs; Evaluate potential vendors and contribute to the vendor selection process.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field;Previous experience in consulting and clinical informatics is required;Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
