About This Role
Crafting the future with Zain Cash family by handling the responsibility of executing multiple designs and motion graphics for social media, products, campaigns, marketing materials and more, under its identity and guidelines with increasing the development of translating key messages visually. Handling the designs of Digital and Communication Road map to ensure the brand consistency.
This requires broad experience in Adobe applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere and any related program).
In Addition to have some experience in handling Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter ...etc. to promote Zain Cash brand and its products and services, with the ability of moderating the Online customers feedback and inquiries to solve their issues in coordination with concerned departments to maintain the positive corporate image and adhering to quality standards.
Support in maintaining Zain Cash's brand image and corporate identity in all events held or attended, in addition to ensuring brand consistency throughout all activities and operations, including Zain Cash's shops and marketing campaigns.ng digital content, manage social media channels, and ensure consistent messaging throughout all communications.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for handling Zain Cash designs by following the road map, company's requests, and any part of designProviding assistance in ensuring that all designs and marketing materials. etc. are aligned with product launch campaigns, brand image and corporate strategyCreating and Animating designs to be fit Zain Cash channels properlyCoordinating and following up on external branding and production agencies to monitor progress of work and ensuring that all designs and artworks are aligned with Zain Cash's standards and brand requirements. Maintaining brand image in Zain Cash's offices, shops, and franchisesParticipating in analyzing and studying Zain Cash's brand image in the market, developing brand building campaigns that aims at strengthening and maintaining the Zain Cash brand and ensuring that it is the leader in the marketReviewing and ensuring Zain Cash's publications, TVCs, advertisements, logo, official website, corporate documents and promotional items...etc. are correctly branded in line with the corporate identityHave the responsibility of moderating Zain Cash Social Media platforms (content, Ideas Design, Customers' Needs and sentiments in coordination with concerned departments)Following up on the Social Media channels, to ensure the quality of its services and products' standardsSolving customer's issues that received over social media and online channels in coordination with the related departments and following up on solving the issue/problemSupport in preparing Social Media content to be active and increase the positive engagementPreparing reports that are related to social media and any related dutyPerforming other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisorExecuting activities according to the organizational security policiesProtecting assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, and interferenceAccessing and/ or modifying systems, applications, and information as allowed by the ownerGathering and preparing social media content to post through social media channels related to launched products, campaigns, national events, general beneficial information...etc
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and communication, preferably in the fintech or telecommunications sectorsProven track record managing digital campaigns and social media platforms
Preferred Qualifications
Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling content. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Experience using digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights). Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Strong experience in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation. Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Knowledge of 3D animation tools is considered a plus. Familiarity with Adobe XD or other UI/UX design tools is an advantage.
