The RoleThis is a hands-on design role for someone who loves the craft and enjoys working closely in a team of bright people who love what they do.
You’ll be designing across brand, marketing and campaign work, from concept through to delivery, helping shape bold, effective creative that actually works in the real world.
You’ll be trusted with responsibility, appreciated for your talent and expected to care deeply about the quality of what we put into the world.
What You’ll Be DoingInvolvement in briefs from brainstorming as part of a team through to delivery.Designing across a wide range of projects including brand identity, brand development, advertising & social media campaigns, web and digital assets, presentations, events, video and marketing collateral.Translating thinking into clear, engaging and effective creative.Developing and evolving brand systems and visual languages.Working collaboratively with copywriters and account leads.Presenting ideas and design work clearly and confidently, internally and to clients.Managing your own workload across multiple projects and deadlines.Maintaining high creative standards while working efficiently and pragmatically.
What We’re Looking ForMinimum 5 years’ experience in a creative agency or similar environment. Happy to consider freelancers looking to go full time.A strong, well-rounded portfolio showing conceptual thinking and high-quality executionExcellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop essential). Some basic video and animation skills also a bonus.Strong layout, typography and visual storytelling skills.Experience designing for both digital and print.A good understanding of branding and marketing communicationsConfidence to contribute ideas, challenge thinking and push work to be better.Organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple projects.Calm under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset.
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)Experience working with B2B & B2C brands.Basic motion, animation or video experience.Web or UI design experience (e.g. Figma, Webflow, WordPress).An interest in how design drives commercial results.
