This role is ideal for someone with a project management foundation and a background in data or analytics, who thrives in execution-focused roles and enjoys bringing structure to moving parts.This individual will play a key role in coordinating end-to-end data migration efforts, ensuring multiple workstreams stay aligned, sequenced correctly, and delivered on time. While not a deeply technical engineering role, the position requires enough data fluency to work effectively with technical teams and understand migration workflows.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain comprehensive data migration plans, including sequencing, dependencies, and timelinesCoordinate the migration of multiple data/asset libraries (14–15 concurrent workstreams) across systemsEnsure smooth execution by tracking progress, identifying risks, and keeping all activities moving forwardPartner with technical teams to understand migration requirements and ensure alignment with the planAct as the central point of coordination across stakeholders involved in data migration effortsDrive day-to-day execution, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are metProactively identify and resolve blockers to maintain momentum across workstreamsSupport release readiness and overall migration milestonesCreate and maintain clear documentation related to migration plans, status, and processesDevelop dashboards and visual reports to track progress and communicate status to stakeholdersPresent updates through executive-ready PowerPoint materials and visual storytellingLeverage tools such as Power BI and/or Databricks to provide insights into migration progress and data qualityTop Skills5–8 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or business analysis rolesExperience working on data-related initiatives (data migration, data analytics, data operations, etc.)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and build and detailed project plans, timelines, and dependenciesStrong communication skills with experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teamsProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create clear, structured deliverablesNice to HaveExperience supporting data migration or data transformation projectsFamiliarity with data concepts (e.g., data structures, migration workflows, data quality)Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar visualization toolsExposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Databricks or similar environments)Strong documentation and reporting skills, with an eye for clear, visual communication
