Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Engineer to join our team at CFI.
Responsibilities:Interpret and analyze data problemsConceive, prioritize, and plan data projects in alignment with organizational goalsDevelop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualityAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsEnsure data quality and integrityMaintain full data science and analysis documentationDevelop ETL processes using PythonCollaborate with team members and stakeholders in understanding where to bring value from dataDevelop and implement data science infrastructure (experiments tracking, feature store, A/B testing platform, etc.)
Requirements:Hands-on experience with Python (a must)Hands-on experience with SQL queriesGood knowledge of database design, development, data models, data mining, and segmentationExperience building processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency, and workload managementBSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracyKnowledge of Databricks, Dataflow, or Apache Spark is a plusKnowledge of Prefect/MLFlow or similar tools, ML/DL libraries, and experience deploying ML/DL solutions is also a plus
