What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as the first point of contact for customer assistance via phone or email Build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating empathy and patience Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns Perform remote troubleshooting and guide customers through problem-solving processes Document customer interactions and follow up to provide updates on their status
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Minimum of three years of related experience required; prior management experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
