What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams on planning, quota allocation, and compensation analysis Optimize customer-related processes to enhance client satisfaction and retention Drive operational excellence through high-impact projects and systems integration Manage forecasting processes, including pipeline reviews and business performance metrics Leverage analytics to measure KPIs and deliver insights for executive presentations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, preferably in a Fintech or SaaS environment Strong strategic thinking skills with a focus on outcomes and marketing effectiveness Ability to work independently and complete tasks with accuracy and speed Proficiency with Salesforce and other GTM systems, such as ZoomInfo and HubSpot

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with data modeling in Excel and familiarity with BI/Dashboarding platforms like Tableau Excellent communication skills that bridge finance and go-to-market strategies Proven ability to manage sensitive data with precision and integrity Background in leading projects aimed at improving customer experience and operational efficiency
