The RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about helping customers succeed.You will own the entire customer journey from onboarding to adoption to long-term growth ensuring our customers get maximum value from Scrut.You’ll work closely with customers, product, sales, and leadership, making this a highly visible role with real impact.
What You’ll DoOwn the Customer JourneyManage the full customer lifecycle from sales handover to long-term successEnsure smooth onboarding and product adoptionRun MBRs and QBRs to drive engagement and value realization
Drive Customer OutcomesHelp customers strengthen their security posture using frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPRDrive product adoption and long-term account growth
Be the Voice of the CustomerAdvocate for customer needs internallyPartner with product teams to shape the roadmap
Proactively Manage RiskUse data and analytics to identify at-risk customersTake proactive steps to improve retention and satisfaction
Become a Product ExpertDeeply understand Scrut’s platform and guide customers on best practices
What We’re Looking For4-6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a SaaS companyExperience in cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance is a strong plusStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to explain technical concepts to technical audiencesCustomer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skillsComfortable multitasking in a high-growth startup environment
