Customer Success Manager

Position Responsibilities

Depending on experience, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Customer Ownership & Relationship Management

Own the end-to-end customer relationship post-implementation for assigned accountsBuild strong relationships with both operational and senior customer stakeholdersLead regular business reviews focused on outcomes, performance, and improvement opportunities

Value Realization & Adoption

Ensure customers fully adopt and effectively use Globitel’s solutionsTranslate customer goals into structured success plans with measurable outcomesMonitor usage, performance indicators, and satisfaction levelsProactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement

Retention, Renewals & Growth

Drive customer retention and contract renewalsIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with SalesSupport proposal and renewal discussions with strong customer insightsActively work to strengthen long-term customer partnerships

Required Competencies

5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship ManagementExperience working with enterprise clients or complex B2B solutionsStrong commercial and relationship management mindsetExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and take full ownership of customer outcomesFluent in English and Arabic
