What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide customer technical support via phone and email, ensuring efficient and professional service Address service issues with a focus on customer retention and fraud prevention Respond to customer inquiries through chats and emails as needed Learn company products in detail to effectively resolve technical problems for customers Document customer interactions and provide feedback for service improvements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer technical support inbound call center environment At least 2 years of experience resolving user-related technical problems via telephone or email Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Salesforce Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with iOS and HTML is a plus Active, transferable U.S. Security clearance at the Public Trust level or higher preferred
