What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle a high volume of complex inquiries and provide specialized instruction regarding driver license and title/registration processes Review and process medical documentation to determine eligibility for commercial driver licenses Input data and update records related to licensing actions and customer complaints Attend meetings and create reports on medical review and driver pointer issues Collaborate with state jurisdictions to resolve driver pointer problems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Valid driver's license Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a regulatory or public service environment Minimum of 2 years of administrative work experience Knowledge of A.R.S. Titles 13, 28, 41, and FMCSA Rules and Regulations Proficient verbal and written communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience reviewing and analyzing MVD reports related to A.R.S. Titles 13, 28, 41, and FMCSA Familiarity with MVD policies and procedures Knowledge of applicable MVD software and databases Strong research and investigative skills Ability to assess mental and physical conditions regarding driving eligibility
