Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficient in using computer software and customer management systems.
