Responsibilities

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
