Responsibilities: The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the safety, scope, cost and schedule during the construction phase for a project and reports directly to the Manager of Construction Management (MCM).Oversees onsite construction - monitors project safety, scope, quality, risk, schedule, and budget.Supervises contract inspectors and resolves issues including material, construction and scheduling conflicts.Ensures as built redline drawings are submitted to Engineering. Accompanying high value asset transportation to and from different company locations.Performing Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control inspections in accordance with the Stormwater Management Certification protocol.
