Key Responsibilities1. Program AssessmentReview and evaluate the Stronger Families Together initiativeAssess current processes, advisory structure, and program effectivenessIdentify strengths, gaps, and improvement opportunities in the program
2. Research and Stakeholder EngagementReview key documents such as:Strategic plansRecruitment plansSteering committee reportsCollect feedback from:StakeholdersMinistrieschild welfare organizations
3. Strategic PlanningDevelop a 3-year strategic plan including:Vision and strategic prioritiesClear goals and objectivesPerformance metrics and measurable outcomes
4. Implementation SupportDevelop implementation strategies and timelinesIdentify resources required to implement the planCreate milestones to measure progressSupport agency leadership during rollout of the planFacilitate meetings and provide guidance to stakeholders
Required ExperienceCandidates should demonstrate experience in:Child welfare systemsStrategic planningProgram assessmentStakeholder engagementGovernment or public-sector consulting experience (preferred)
