What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance, including towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues Understand the nature of the member's distress, ensuring their immediate safety, and document details promptly and accurately Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call environment Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Empathy and a strong desire to assist those in distress High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
