What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance for services such as towing, locksmith, fuel, and minor mechanical issues Ensure member safety by understanding their distress and documenting details accurately and promptly Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls Relay critical information to internal and external teams to expedite the dispatching process Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Prior customer service experience; call center experience preferred Ability to excel in a high-volume call environment and deliver excellent customer service Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Empathy and a strong desire to assist those in distress High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills, including the ability to talk and type simultaneously Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
