Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building strong relationships with clients within the fashion, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Key Accountabilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the hospitality, corporate, retail, and fashion sectorsProactively approach potential clients through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market researchBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support long-term partnershipsSchedule and conduct client meetings to present the company’s services and solutionsDevelop and maintain a qualified pipeline of leads and track progress toward conversionSupport the full sales cycle, from lead generation to client onboarding, in coordination with internal teamsPrepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and client communicationsMonitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunitiesRepresent the company professionally at meetings, events, and networking opportunitiesMaintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activitiesAchieve assigned lead generation, meeting, and sales targets

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related fieldMinimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generationPrevious experience in the fashion, hospitality, corporate uniforms, or luxury retail industry is highly preferredProven track record in generating leads and converting prospects into clientsStrong networking and relationship-building skills, especially with corporate clientsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsProfessional appearance and ability to represent a fashion brandStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and opportunitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindsetFluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); CRM experience is a plus
