OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Five9 IVA Automation Engineer to support the implementation, automation, and testing of Five9 Intelligent Virtual Agent (IVA) systems.
This role is ideal for a hands-on specialist who has directly worked with Five9 IVA implementations, understands conversational flows, automation testing, and can independently contribute from day one.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and configure Five9 IVA solutionsDevelop and execute automation test strategies for IVA systemsValidate conversational flows, NLP accuracy, integrations, and call routingPerform functional, regression, and automation testingTroubleshoot IVA-related defects and collaborate on resolutionWork closely with internal teams and Five9 stakeholdersOptimize performance and user experience within the IVA environmentSupport production releases and post-deployment validation
Required Skills & ExperienceProven hands-on experience with Five9 IVA (implementation and testing)Experience building and configuring conversational IVR/IVA solutionsAutomation testing experience within voice/IVA platformsStrong understanding of: Conversational design principles, NLP/NLU behavior, Contact center integrationsExperience with test planning and defect managementStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment
