岗位职责 / Key Responsibilities1、负责美国公司照明产品生产线的整体规划、建设与投产，从0到1搭建生产体系；Responsible for overall planning, setup, and launch of the lighting products production line in the U.S., building the production system from scratch (0-1).2、制定并优化生产流程、工艺和标准，确保符合当地法规及行业质量要求；Develop and optimize production processes, workflows, and standards to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and industry quality standards.3、建立生产管理制度，涵盖安全、质量、成本、交期和效率（SQCDM）；Establish production management systems covering Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Efficiency (SQCDM).4、负责生产团队的招聘、培训与日常管理，打造高效执行力团队；Recruit, train, and manage the production team, building a highly efficient and capable workforce.5、负责生产设备的选型、采购、安装和维护；Lead the selection, procurement, installation, and maintenance of production equipment.6、与研发、采购、供应链和销售等部门紧密协作，推动项目顺利实施；Work closely with R&D, procurement, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.7、持续改进生产工艺和成本控制，推动精益生产与自动化升级。Continuously improve production processes and cost control, promoting lean manufacturing and automation upgrades.· 任职要求 / Qualifications1、大专及以上学历，机械、电子、制造工程等相关专业优先；Associate degree or above, preferably in Mechanical, Electronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.2、5年以上制造业生产管理经验，有照明行业背景优先；Minimum 5 years of production management experience in manufacturing, preferably in the lighting industry.3、具备0-1生产线搭建经验（工厂设立/产线导入/新工艺落地），能独立推动项目；Proven experience in setting up production lines from 0-1 (factory setup / line transfer / new process implementation), with ability to drive projects independently.4、熟悉美国生产与安全法规（如OSHA），了解质量体系（ISO 9001/ISO 14001 等）；Familiar with U.S. manufacturing and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA), and knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001/ISO 14001, etc.).5、具备中英文双语能力，能作为工作语言；Proficient in both Chinese and English, able to use both as working languages.6、具有较强的领导力、跨部门协作及问题解决能力。Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
