About This Role

LeadEngine is hiring an Internal Setter to manage LinkedIn conversations and book meetings on behalf of financial advisors.
This role is not about blasting messages - it’s about real conversations, consistent follow-up, and converting warm prospects into booked calls.
You will be acting as the advisor in conversations, so clarity, speed, and professionalism matter.
What You’ll Be Doing:Managing inbound and outbound LinkedIn messagesResponding quickly to prospects (speed matters - we strike while interest is high)Following up consistently with leadsHandling objections and moving conversations forwardBooking qualified meetings directly onto advisor calendarsLight dialing when needed to secure bookings (minimal cold calling)
